Fees for medical services are determined based on the nature of treatment, doctor consulted, and applicable procedures. Iswarya Hospital accepts cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and cashless insurance from 25+ empanelled insurers. All payments are subject to prevailing tariff rates. Deposits may be required for elective procedures. Receipts will be provided for all payments.
10. Insurance & TPA
Iswarya Hospital is empanelled with over 25 insurance companies and Third Party Administrators (TPAs). Cashless facility is subject to the terms of your insurance policy and pre-authorisation approval from your insurer or TPA. Iswarya Hospital does not guarantee approval of cashless claims and shall not be responsible for disputes between the patient and their insurance provider.
11. Patient Rights & Responsibilities
As a patient, you have the right to receive respectful, dignified, and non-discriminatory care; access information about your diagnosis and treatment; privacy and confidentiality of your medical records; and a second opinion. You are responsible for providing accurate medical history, following agreed treatment plans, and treating hospital staff with respect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
