Dr. (Mrs.) Mubeen Taj is a highly respected Senior Consultant Psychiatrist with over 25+ Years of experience in clinical psychiatry, medical education, and mental health research. She currently serves as a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist at Iswarya Hospital, OMR, Chennai. She completed her MBBS from Coimbatore Medical College and MD in Psychiatry from Madurai Medical College. Dr. Taj has held prominent academic roles, including Professor and Head of the Department of Psychiatry at A.C.S. Medical College & Hospital, Chennai. She has also worked as a Consultant and Research Psychiatrist at the Schizophrenia Research Foundation (SCARF), Chennai, a World Health Organization recognized center for mental health research and training.
